The proposed project consists of - from an urban point of view - in an extraordinary maintenance of the property located in via Milano, 17, municipality of Corbetta, within the "Cascina Biraga" with internal work to property registered currently intended for residential purposes without change of use or increase in shape, volume, or surface.
From a construction point of view it is internal works aimed at reshaping the spaces, the allocation of the necessary facilities and toilets, the realization of the necessary finishing works (painting, siding, new flooring, etc. ...) and to improve the energy through installation of underfloor heating system and solar panel on the roof.
