Renovation construction with internal works and increase of real estate units of an apartment located in Via Pietro Maroncelli 50, Marina di Grosseto

The proposed project consists - from an urban point of view - in a building renovation of the property located in via Maroncelli, 50 in Marina di Grosseto (GR) works with internal housing unit currently intended for residential purposes not related to the structural parts of the building, without changing the intended use, but with increasing unit real estate.
From a construction point of view it is internal work aimed at remodeling the interior spaces for the fractionation of existing property into two new independent real estate units, at the allocation of the necessary facilities and toilets and at implementation of the necessary finishing works (painting, coatings, parts of new pavement etc ...).
Ingenium Engineering has carried out all activities related to the final design, the presentation of the building practice at the municipality of Grosseto (including Report for the verification of the requirements for the energy containment buildings under L.10/91), to supervision of work, to the updating of land records and the energy certification.
